Speman promotes spermatogenesis by improving the testicular, seminal vesicle and epididymal functions, and, improves sperm count and the quality of semen by increasing the LH-FSH producing basophil cells in the pituitary. Indication Oligospermia Dosage Initially, 2 tablets twice daily, followed by 1 tablet twice daily. Duration of treatment may vary from 4 to 6 months.
