Clinical Pharmacology PureHands ADVANCED is a nonsticky, fast-drying, quick-acting, alcohol-based hand sanitizer that has broad-spectrum antimicrobial action against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria; fungi; enveloped viruses such as the herpes virus, hepatitis C virus, and coronavirus (SARS CoV-2); and nonenveloped viruses such as the hepatitis A virus. PureHands ADVANCED contains 80% w/w alcohol, which effectively kills most of the known pathogens within 30 seconds, and is proven to be effective in reducing germs instantly without the need for hand wash/water. The herbal ingredients of PureHands ADVANCED namely Azadirachta indica, Hedychium spicatum, Coriandrum sativum, Cyperus scariosus, and Vetiveria zizanioides are known for their emollient and skin conditioning properties.
