Pilex tablet has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, wound-healing, antimicrobial, hemostatic, laxative, and antioxidant actions. The ingredients of Pilex tablet act synergistically to reduce varicosities of the venous plexus. Pilex tablet reduces the engorgement and turgidity of the veins and venous capillaries. The anti-inflammatory and anti-infective actions reduce inflammation, check infection, and promote healing. The laxative property of Pilex tablet corrects the chronic constipation associated with hemorrhoids. Indications • Internal and external hemorrhoids • As an adjunct in the management of varicose veins Dosage 2 tablets twice daily till the symptoms are relieved, followed by 1 tablet twice daily as maintenance therapy. For best results, always recommend Pilex forte ointment and Pilex tablet in combination.
