Adverse Effects No adverse effects have been reported. Contraindications No known contraindications. Special Precautions Additional investigations may be required if leukorrhea remains persistent. Drug Interactions No clinically significant drug interactions have been reported. Presentation Sealed pack of 60 tablets. Pharmacological Actions of Principal Ingredients 1. Antibacterial action: Asparagus racemosus, Areca catechu, Mesua ferrea, Myristica fragrans, Woodfordia fruticosa, and Cuminum cyminum have potent antibacterial action against bacteria responsible for leukorrhea associated with PID. 2. Anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions: Adhatoda vasica, Myristica fragrans, Elettaria cardamomum, Shilajeet, Aegle marmelos, Zingiber officinale, Commiphora wightii, Boerhaavia diffusa, and Butea monosperma have potent anti-inflammatory action. Myristica fragrans, Aegle marmelos, Zingiber officinale, Boerhaavia diffusa, and Wrightia tinctoria have remarkable analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions. 3. Antispasmodic action: Asparagus racemosus and Elettaria cardamomum possess antispasmodic property. 4. Antifungal action: Areca catechu, Aegle marmelos, Asparagus racemosus, Myristica fragrans, and Zingiber officinale have potent antifungal action against commonly involved fungi in leukorrhea associated with PID.
