Immusante tablet augments immune function, attenuates disease manifestation, and improves resistance to diseases. Composition Each Immusante tablet contains: Exts. Shanta (Prosopis glandulosa). .............................150 mg Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa)............................ 100 mg Clinical Pharmacology Immusante tablets significantly improves immunity and acts as an adjuvant in immunocompromised states. Immusante tablet regulates both the humoral and cell-mediated immunity and offers broad-spectrum immunotherapeutic support. Immusante tablet augments CD-4 cell count and significantly enhances the function of neutrophils and macrophages, leading to improved phagocytosis. Immusante tablet activates the macrophages and primes the immune system to fight the pathogens. Immusante tablet upregulates interferongamma (IFN-γ) production and strengthens the host response. It also elicits cytokine gene expression relevant to immunomodulation. The bioactive constituents of Immusante tablet increase the proliferation of gd-cells and T-reg cells. The T-reg cells encourage neutrophil recruitment through the production of the chemokine CXCL8. Various clinical studies have proven that Immusante tablet provides relief from symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of sleep and appetite, and thereby, improves the quality of life in immunocompromised states.
