The journal is published monthly and covers articles concerning human surgical pathology. Each issue of the journal features original articles, review articles, detailed case reports, and special features accompanied with suitable illustrations. Some of the topics covered include technical methods, diagnostic aids, frozen-section diagnosis, and detailed pathologic studies of a wide range of diseases. REVIEW Online World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies The World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) is a scientific, nongovernmental organization founded in 1955. The organization has 130 member societies that comprise 5 continental associations, 119 national neurosurgery societies, and 6 affiliate societies, representing more than 30,000 neurosurgeons worldwide. The WFNS was formed to promote improvements in neurosurgical care globally. The mission of WFNS is to collaborate with its member societies to improve neurosurgical care, training, and research worldwide, and thus, help patients in their fight against neurological issues. The WFNS foundation is a part of the WFNS and was founded in 2000, in Geneva.
