He is in one place this moment and in another place the next moment, but remembers nothing that takes place in between. When Evan is grown up and in college, he tries to find a plausible answer to the missing chapters of his life. As Evan has been in the habit of journaling regularly since his childhood, his notes serve as a means to reclaim his memories. Evan finds out that he can travel back in time. He uses this ability to change his past by undoing the various traumatic events that had taken place during his childhood. He hopes that altering the past events can transform his present. However, the results are not always positive, and there are disastrous consequences. The effect that Evan’s tinkering with the past has on his present life is worth a watch. Inspire Upper Airway Stimulation The Inspire Upper Airway Stimulation system is an FDA-approved implantable nerve stimulator used in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. The device comprises an implantable pulse generator (IPG), stimulation lead, sensing lead, and external components including the physician programmer and patient remote. The device is implanted using three small incisions, one each under the chin, below the collarbone, and the side of the chest. When one is asleep, the sensing lead monitors the breathing pattern, the IPG generates small electrical impulses, and the stimulation lead delivers mild stimulation to the hypoglossal nerve, which in turn makes the tongue move and open the airway with each breath. A doctor can program the stimulation settings using the physician programmer, and the patient must turn on the device before sleeping and turn it off when awake.
